D$1=USD 1
You can instantly start earning D$ with every eligible hotel purchase. Use your D$ toward your stay, room upgrades, dining, beauty treatments or other indulgences. Alternatively, you can save them for your next ideal vacation. D$1 will always equal 1 US$ (US Dollar), making it easy to track their value.
As a member, you’ll automatically begin earning D$ from your very first stay at any of our hotels. At check-out, just apply your D$ to your bill to cover your indulgences. It’s that easy.
When you join any of our loyalty programmes, you’ll immediately start receiving 4% – 7% back in D$ on all eligible purchases every time you visit one of our hotels.
D$1 is always equal to USD 1, so its value is always clear. And keeping tabs on your balance is easy on the STORY Hotels app and website.

STORY DISCOVERY is the loyalty programme for guests of STORY Hospitality participating hotels, delivered as part of the Global Hotel Alliance GHA DISCOVERY programme.
Members can enjoy recognition, member-only rates, exclusive offers, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), Local Offers and Experiences, and tier benefits across participating STORY Hospitality hotels and the wider GHA DISCOVERY collection.
Is STORY DISCOVERY part of GHA DISCOVERY?
Yes. STORY DISCOVERY is connected to GHA DISCOVERY, the loyalty programme of Global Hotel Alliance. This means STORY DISCOVERY members are recognised not only at participating STORY Hospitality hotels but also across participating GHA DISCOVERY hotels worldwide.
Members can earn and spend DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) at more than 1,000 participating GHA DISCOVERY hotels in more than 100 countries and enjoy benefits according to their membership tier and the applicable programme terms.

Is there a fee to join STORY DISCOVERY?
No. Joining STORY DISCOVERY is free. Guests simply need to sign up online or at the property, accept the applicable STORY DISCOVERY and GHA DISCOVERY Terms & Conditions, and provide the required membership information.
How can I join STORY DISCOVERY?
Guests can join STORY DISCOVERY through the STORY Hospitality website, participating STORY Hospitality hotel websites, the GHA DISCOVERY website or app, or during a stay at a participating hotel.
Once enrolled, members should use the same email address and membership number whenever they book or stay, so that benefits, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), nights, eligible spend and brand stays are correctly registered.
Do I need a separate GHA DISCOVERY account?
No. STORY DISCOVERY is part and is connected to GHA DISCOVERY.
Can I use an existing GHA DISCOVERY account with STORY DISCOVERY?
Yes. If a guest is already a GHA DISCOVERY member, they need to use their existing GHA DISCOVERY membership when booking and staying at all participating STORY Hospitality hotels.
Members should not create duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is created, the member should contact GHA DOSCOVERY Customer Care to request account support or consolidation, subject to GHA DISCOVERY rules.
