CLUSTER MAINTENANCE MANAGER (STORY Rabat)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cluster Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure across two sites.
– Ensure compliance and safety of installations while optimizing maintenance costs.
– Supervise local maintenance teams and efficiently manage scheduling.
– Implement preventive actions to minimize service interruptions and maximize equipment performance.
– Collaborate with technical teams and management to define long-term maintenance strategies.
– Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile:
– Proven experience in industrial or hospitality maintenance management.
– Strong team management and project management skills.
– In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance management tools.
– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical issues.

📍Position based in Rabat with regular commutes between the two sites.

    Candidate Profile:
    – Previous experience in Makkah or Madinah is preferred
    – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    – Background in luxury 5-star hospitality
    – A commitment to excellence, innovation, and professionalism
