    Assistant Manager – Marketing & Graphic Design

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing:

    • Assist to develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with the hotels’ overall goal on online business.
    • Management of Hotels Websites.
    • Ensures that hotels presence in all approved online distribution websites is up to date and in line with the hotels branding
    • Database Management
    • Manages the hotels´ email marketing campaigns to ensure that all messages are on brand and in line with corporate guidelines
    • Keeps abreast of current and future competitors’ digital marketing activities and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    Social Media:

    • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence (FB, IG, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines
    • Assist to generate day-to-day original content for existing social media channels which include supporting and/ or creating own photo shoots, video shoots, postproduction of content, copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts, attending events and activations to take social media stories. Maintain social media calendar.
    • Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages, having a proactive approach to the growth of our following, creating regular post and blog updates
    • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
    • Assist with paid social media campaigns

    Graphic Design:

    • Implement Sales & Marketing strategies, through quality collateral design and production for both E- and printed collaterals
    • Manage photo shoots, video shoots and content creation to be used for campaigns and digital platforms.
    • Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
    • Research new software or design concepts.
    • To supervise the production of existing and new print material/collateral and ensure the adherence to brand standards.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management
    • Requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Arabic is desirable.
    • Detailed knowledge of photography, filming, and editing.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Working knowledge of systems such as – Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, MailChimp, CMS such as WordPress, and other relevant hotel applications is desirable.
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
    • Having the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be a team player with first class people skills
    • Having the ability to deliver results within a driven environment with multiple deadlines.
    • Knowledge on Apple Mac / PC literate with competency in all major design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
