Guest Service Agent (Dubai)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent. We are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To provide a personal service to all the guests and be fully aware of and follow the hotel standards and procedures.
  • To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner
  • To attend all guests approaching the Reception in the procedure of check in / checkout, enquiries, key handling, and all related matters, respecting the hotel standards and procedures
  • To carry out a cashier closure and to ensure a complete handover between the shifts
  • To be aware of forged currency and traveler’s checks and to respect all the financial and audit procedures
  • To maintain an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the team

The successful candidate will be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese. Other languages (Russian/Arabic) would be an advantage and you must demonstrate the following competencies:

Education: Educated with high school certificates. A bachelor degree in tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage
Experience: Must have at least one-year experience in the hospitality industry in the Front Office Department

Other Skills:
Basic computer skills, Proficient Knowledge of OPERA
