Our development strategy is focused on operating 5 and 4 star hotels in key capital cities in Middle East, Africa and Europe. We look for owners who don’t want their property to be managed as one of the many but, instead, in a “tailored” way that maximizes its results with a very personalized approach, finding the right balance between excellence in guest experience, product and service and profitability.
